Position: Property Consultant for Off-Plan & Secondary Sales Market
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-time, Commission Only
Preferred Requirements:
The skills listed below are preferred, but if you believe you have what it takes to be a standout member of our team, please apply for this position. All candidates will undergo our comprehensive sales blueprint and extensive real estate training.
- Demonstrated success in luxury sales, ideally within Dubai.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate sector.
- Skilled in developing and sustaining client relationships.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
- Well-groomed with a polished professional appearance.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
- Financially secure for a minimum of 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Seek out and capitalise on opportunities in regular & luxury property sales.
- Support clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties.
- Perform market analysis and keep informed on the latest industry developments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and expert advice during every stage of the sales process.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
