Meherr Ayessha

Meherr Ayessha is a RERA-licensed luxury property advisor at Veer & Sant Real Estate in Dubai. Before Dubai, she worked as a realtor and developer in Canada, so she has seen both sides of a property deal: the buyer’s and the builder’s.

Her background spans twenty years of global business across IT, operations and real estate development, in India, China, the US, Canada and the UAE. She holds a B.Eng in Computer Science and an MBA in Information Systems, and is PMP and PRINCE2 certified. That means she reads a payment plan, a developer’s track record and a market report the same way: carefully, and in plain language.

Meherr speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Kannada and Mandarin, so many of her clients can ask their questions in their own language.
